Lift Maintenance Agreements
To keep your lift running smoothly for years to come, sign up for our Lift Maintenance Agreement Plan that includes two inspections per year. It includes checking the lift operation and greasing the lift and gears with high quality marine grade grease. Residents who are not here during the summer, this maintenance program is ideal for ensuring that everything is "ship shape" condition prior to your return.
Dock Maintenance Agreement
Our Dock Maintenance Agreement will keep your dock looking like new for years to come. It includes cleaning of the existing decking, applying one coat of quality wood preservative per year (for timber decks only), re-seating any protruding nailheads, replacing any damaged or broken deck boards
