On meeting with our customers we provide a comprehensive proposal for the works outlining all the works that are to be carried out and also highlight any works that are excluded, so that all party to the contract understand what is expected. We have found this to be invaluable in creating the basis for a happy and open relationship between ourselves the contractor and you the customer at the start. If the foundation is right then we all start on the right road.
Depending on the geographic location and existing regulations, your requirements can be built in a variety of shapes and sizes. We can design to meet your budget by using a variety of different materials, however we would never compromise quality. Whether you are interested in a residential or commercial dock, boathouse or boardwalk we can design and build to fit your needs. A design or drawing for the works is always included in our proposals, again for clarity.
The rules and regulations are every changing for each local county and the state, the permitting process can be a tortuous task even for the experienced person. Typically the process can take from 2 weeks to 6 months depending on the permit applied for and the authority involved .
We undertake the necessary preparation and permit applications for all our works in house.
Each County or City have different requirements for how permits should be applied for and the rules and regulations that are applied in obtaining a permit, if you are unsure of the requirements contact your local official or contact ourselves to help you further.
